Image Tools provides free, browser-based tools for converting, compressing and resizing images. The tools run on your own device. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results obtained from using the tools will meet your requirements. Image processing depends on your browser and device, and output quality, file sizes and format support may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Image Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any damage to or loss of image files. Because processing happens locally, you are responsible for keeping backups of your original images before using the tools.

Intellectual property

The Service's design, text and code are the property of Image Tools and are protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to the images you process; we claim no ownership over your files and never receive them, as they are not uploaded.

Advertising

The Service is supported by third-party advertising. Advertisements are provided by networks such as Google AdSense and are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

Third-party links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party sites.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date indicates when the Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
