Before you write
- Having trouble with a conversion? Include your browser, device and the kind of image (for example, a 12 MP HEIC photo) so we can reproduce the issue.
- Remember that all tools run in your browser — we never receive your images, so we cannot recover a file for you. Please keep your originals.
